HLH clientele comprises vendors, purchasers, lessors, lessees, mortgagors and developers.

We are particularly interested in the development of property and we make ourselves available to developers and all persons involved throughout the development process. We pride ourselves on regular reports, being part of our client's team and by attending regular meetings as the development progresses.

HLH act in relation to property developments of all kinds including:-

  • standard strata developments;
  • mixed residential / retail developments;
  • company titling;
  • retail shopping centres; and
  • retirement villages (both large and small) and aged care facilities.

HLH are always aware of the need to eliminate overuse of legal jargon within complex contracts, agreements and/or deeds to achieve user friendly forms.
