Warwick La Hood - Partner

Warwick has been practising law since 1992. He acts in relation to purchasing and developing land, together in supervising all conveyancing, sales, purchases, leases and mortgages. As an advocate Warwick has appeared in property claims before the Supreme Court and general commercial matters before all Courts and Tribunals. 

Warwick has established a particular expertise relating to Aged Care Facilities and advises on licensing matters under the Aged Care Act, 1997, and accreditation disputes with the Commonwealth Department. He also provides advice and advocacy in respect to Land and Environment Court and Supreme Court disputes.
