Lisa Sharp – Solicitor

Lisa spent her early years of legal practice with several small general practice firms, while completing her Master of Laws.

Since 1996 Lisa has practised predominantly as a property lawyer, with a detailed knowledge of conveyancing including acquisitions, financing, sales, leasing and subdivision.

Ben Swain – Solicitor

Ben’s legal experience stems from working with top tier and small law firms since 1998.

Ben practices predominantly as a Planning, Environment & Local Government lawyer, and has experience in administrative law, building & construction law, property law, corporate law and general litigation.

Deva Saraswati – Solicitor

Deva came to HLH in July 2007. Her focus is primarily on commercial property transactions and development, specifically commercial leasing, and wills and estates, as well as assisting in litigation.

Jane Mercer – Conveyancing Manager

Jane has a total of 20 years conveyancing experience and conducts conveyancing matters at HLH subject to supervision. Jane also focuses on Company title developments including purchases, sales and incorporations.
