Jason Hones - Partner

Jason Hones has been involved in Building and Development issues since 1993. He has acted for major and minor developers on a broad range of matters involving significant environmental, urban design and socio-economic issues.

He has a sound understanding of Environmental Planning Law in NSW with an outstanding success record before the Courts in recent times. He regularly appears before the Land & Environment Court and has run matters in the Court of Appeal. Jason adopts a proactive approach to all matters and leaves no stone unturned in his forensic evaluation of the case at hand.
