Thinking of buying or selling? If so then we can help if you follow the following simple steps.
Complete the information below and we shall provide you with an on the spot estimate of fees for most residential sales and purchases. If you wish to have HLH act for you, then complete the further information with your name and other details. Whether you are buying or selling, we will then ask for an initial fee to be sent to our trust account to cover some of our costs and expenses. If you are selling, a contract can be prepared within one business day (or quicker in some instances), depending on availability of documents from outside sources. If you are buying, we will ask you or the seller for the contract and then contact you regarding that contract so advice can be given and your purchase can proceed at a pace set by you.
