- Buying or Selling ?
HLH is a law firm with a focus and interest in property matters. We act in respect of all types of property transactions, from buying or selling, leasing, mortgages, caveats and easements (both disputes and creation of easements) as well as disputes under the Dividing Fences Act.
Our property clients include developers, local government authorities, private/public investment companies as well as mums and dads. We offer services for all types of conveyancing matters including strata title, company title and torrens title as well as off the plan sales/purchases.
Commercial Property
At HLH we are conscious of conflicting interests in relation to commercial property and the issues that can arise from time to time. HLH customise documentation necessary for commercial property needs. We act in respect of all types of commercial property matters (including retail leases), having both tenants and landlords as clients.
Community Developments
HLH has experience in structuring community developments (like retirement villages or neighbourhood / community schemes). We structure our documentation to ensure compliance with the appropriate legislation and relevance to each particular development coupled with a commercial approach and plain English format.
