We are experienced and have expertise in acting on strata sales, torrens sales, company title and old system sales.

HLH's clientele is varied and includes vendors, purchasers, lessors, lessees, mortgagors and developers and our work ranges from standard residential property transactions to the more complex off the plan sales to old system sales and acquisitions.

We are particularly interested in the development of property and we make ourselves available to developers and all persons involved throughout the development process. We pride ourselves on regular reports, being part of our client's team and by attending regular meetings as the development progresses.
